The fascia supports the bottom row of tiles and slates and usually supports the guttering. It also closes the gap between the rafters. The fascia often supports the outer edge of the soffit board (if one exists). When putting up new fascias, soffits and bargeboards or replacing them, one option is to fit PVC-u.
Correctly positioned overhangs such as verandahs, eave and soffits can dramatically reduce the impact that sun, wind and rain can have on homes and can save homeowners money on heating, cooling and maintenance costs. We can replace or cap over and fit an eave end protection system if required.
The colours will not fade, flake or scratch off, hence it doesn’t need painting. This will save on maintenance and look great. There is no repainting and cleaning requires a wipe down with a damp cloth.

Everitt's Home Improvements recently installed double glazed windows and patio doors at my property. We are extremely pleased with the high quality product and workmanship. I would have no hesitation in recommending Steve and his company.
We had all our windows replaced and new sliding patio door. The workmen worked very hard and did a wonderful job, they respected our property, put down dust sheets, tidied up after them, and their standard of work was top class. We are very pleased with the result and would thoroughly recommend them to anybody.
I would just like to thank you for the exemplary value for money service provided, in addition to the quality of finish of the lean-to and replacement windows you fitted for me. The level of professionalism demonstrated during the process by all team members - from the initial survey and quotation, through to the final installation is to be commended. Thank you - I will have no hesitation in recommending your services and products to others.
